Saigon nighmarket is the largest food distribution centre in the South of Vietnam a huge crowd of traders line up in the halls selling their commodities. Me most vendors are intermediaries, buying goods from farmers and distributing them to a list of trusted clients that are restaurants, hotels, supermarkets.
